TIER 1 — Roofing Starter · $55
$55

200 roofing companies · 39 states · 181 cities · $0.28 per lead The entry pack, and the one to start with if you're testing whether this data is any good. 200 US roofing companies with no website, spread across 37 states rather than concentrated in one county — so you're judging the data itself, not a lucky pocket of it. Line type in this file: 98 mobile · 66 landline · 33 VoIP · 3 toll-free. Roofing runs the highest mobile share of any list here, which makes it the strongest starting point if SMS or WhatsApp is your channel. Just under half of these numbers reach a person's phone rather than an office. Roofing is also the niche most often asked for by name. Storm work, insurance jobs and referral-driven pipelines mean these businesses have money and frequently no web presence at all — a combination that makes the web design conversation an easy one to open. Instant download. Excel, ready for your dialer or CRM.

TIER 2 — HVAC Starter · $55
$55

200 HVAC companies · 32 states · 167 cities · $0.28 per lead Same size, same price, different trade. 200 US heating and air conditioning businesses with no website, across 36 states. Built from a 5,797-record scrape that was cleaned down to 4,932 real, contactable businesses — these 200 are the most complete records in that set. Line type in this file: 45 mobile · 48 landline · 105 VoIP · 2 toll-free. Worth reading that split carefully. HVAC carries far more VoIP than roofing does, because these businesses more often run office phone systems rather than the owner's cell. That makes HVAC the better list for calling and the weaker list for texting — roughly 40% of these numbers may not accept SMS at all. Pick this one if you're dialing. Pick roofing if you're texting. Instant download. Excel, ready for your dialer or CRM.

TIER 3 — Roofing Growth · $110
$110

500 roofing companies · 44 states · 406 cities · $0.22 per lead 200 leads tells you whether the data is good. 500 is where you run an actual campaign. Nearly every US state is represented, across 400 cities, so you can segment by territory instead of working a single list top to bottom. Line type in this file: 234 mobile · 162 landline · 98 VoIP · 6 toll-free. That's 234 numbers likely to reach an owner's phone directly — enough to run a serious SMS or WhatsApp campaign after you've filtered out the VoIP rows. Zero overlap with the Roofing Starter tier. These are 500 different businesses. Buy both and you have 700 unique roofing leads with no repeats — nothing to cross-check, nothing wasted. Instant download. Excel.

TIER 4 — HVAC Growth · $110
$110

500 HVAC companies · 39 states · 341 cities · $0.22 per lead The calling list, at campaign volume. 500 US heating and air conditioning businesses with no website, across 39 states and 341 cities. Line type in this file: 130 mobile · 132 landline · 231 VoIP · 7 toll-free. The VoIP share is high, and it's stated plainly because it changes how you should use this file. Dial it and you'll reach real businesses. Text it blind and a large share of your messages go nowhere — filter the Line Type column first and work the 262 mobile and landline rows. HVAC is the deepest inventory available: 4,900+ validated leads behind this list, so custom state or metro cuts are straightforward if you want one. Zero overlap with the HVAC Starter tier. Different 500 businesses entirely. Buy both and you hold 700 unique HVAC leads. Instant download. Excel.

TIER 5 — Trades Bundle · $400
$400

2,600 leads across three trades · one workbook, three tabs · $0.15 per lead The lowest per-lead price offered, and the tier for anyone selling to local trades as a category rather than one vertical at a time. One Excel file, four tabs: Tab Leads Roofing 867 HVAC 867 Electrical 866 Start Here totals, line-type breakdown, how to verify the data Line type across all three tabs: 867 mobile · 843 landline · 844 VoIP · 46 toll-free. Three trades, three different phone profiles. Roofing skews mobile, HVAC skews VoIP, electrical sits between them and concentrates heavily in California and Texas. Sorting each tab by line type before you start is the difference between a campaign that lands and one that quietly doesn't. No duplicates within any tab or across them. Every number carrier-validated. Every business confirmed to have no website listed on Google. Zero overlap with any other pack sold. Not with the 200s, not with the 500s, not with the free sample. Buy every tier on this page and you receive 4,700 unique businesses with no row repeated once. On price: enterprise B2B databases start around $15,000 a year and work out between $0.30 and $2.00 per contact — and none of them carry a "has no website" field, because that isn't something they track. Raw scraper credits run $3–$4 per thousand rows, genuinely cheaper than this, but then the no-website filtering, the carrier validation, the de-duplication and the cleaning are all yours to do. This is that work, finished, at $0.15. Instant download. Excel.

TIER 6 — Electrical Starter · $55
$55

200 electrical contractors · 32 states · 123 cities · $0.28 per lead The third trade, at entry size. 200 US electrical contractors with no website. 199 of the 200 carry an exact street address, and 197 have a star rating and review count — the most complete records in a 2,950-lead validated set. Line type in this file: 50 mobile · 68 landline · 81 VoIP · 1 toll-free. Geography is concentrated, and you should know that before you buy. California is 37 of the 200 and Texas 28, with Arizona, Florida and New York behind them. Electrical was scraped across fewer, denser metros than roofing was, so this is a strong list if you sell into the Southwest or the coasts, and a thinner one if you need even national coverage. Roofing spreads across 39 states in the same 200 rows. One field is missing on this niche: opening hours. The electrical scrape returned no hours data on any listing, so that column is empty throughout. Everything else — name, category, phone, line type, carrier, address, city, state, ZIP, rating, reviews, Google Maps link — is complete as normal. It's stated here rather than discovered after you pay. Instant download. Excel.

TIER 7 — Electrical Growth · $110
$110

500 electrical contractors · 37 states · 222 cities · $0.22 per lead Campaign volume on the third trade. 500 US electrical contractors with no website, across 37 states. 498 have an exact street address and 486 carry ratings. Line type in this file: 136 mobile · 180 landline · 175 VoIP · 9 toll-free. That's the most landline-heavy list on this page. Electrical contractors run offices more often than roofers do, which makes this a calling list first. The 136 mobile rows are worth pulling into a separate segment for texting; the 175 VoIP rows should be excluded from SMS entirely. Still concentrated in the Southwest: California 96, Texas 75, then Florida, New York and Arizona. Good if that's your territory, worth knowing if it isn't. Opening hours are empty on this niche — the scrape returned none. All other fields are complete. Zero overlap with the Electrical Starter tier, or with any other pack sold. 500 different businesses. Instant download. Excel.

Real US local businesses with no website, pulled from Google Maps and phone-validated. Every row tells you whether the number is a mobile, a landline, or VoIP. Pick your niche and volume below. Instant download, Excel format.

If you sell web design, SEO, or Google Business Profile work, your best prospect is a business that already makes money and still has no website.

Around a quarter of US small businesses have no site at all. They exist and they're profitable — the hard part has never been that. The hard part is finding them, which means scrolling Google Maps for hours, opening listings one at a time, and checking whether a website link is there. Then you still don't know whether the phone number reaches the owner's mobile or a front desk that screens calls.

These lists are that work, finished.

Every row carries 20 fields

Business name · Google category and sub-categories · phone in US format · phone in E.164 for dialers and SMS platforms · line type · carrier · phone registration location · full street address · city · state · ZIP · location accuracy flag · star rating · review count · claimed/unclaimed listing · opening hours · owner description · Google Maps link · and a website column that is empty on every single row, because that is the entire filter.

The field nobody else gives you

Line type. Every number has been run through a carrier lookup, so each row is labelled Mobile, Landline, VoIP or Toll-free.

  • A landline reaches a front desk during business hours.
  • A mobile usually reaches the owner directly.
  • A VoIP number often can't receive SMS at all — text it and the message disappears with no bounce and no warning.

Sort by that column before you do anything else. If you're loading an SMS platform, VoIP rows are burnt credits. If you're building a call sheet, mobile versus landline changes your entire opening line.

What's already been stripped out

Every list is cleaned before it's sold. Businesses with no phone number, numbers that fail US validation, duplicate listings for the same business, permanently closed listings — all removed. On the most recent HVAC build that was 865 records pulled from 5,797. You get the 4,932 that were real.

Ask and you'll get the removal log with the reason for every dropped row.

What's flagged rather than hidden

Some rows say "Approx." under location accuracy. Those are service-area businesses with no street address published on Google. They're labelled, not filled in with a guess. Same with any listing marked temporarily closed. You see what's solid and what isn't.
